Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your order! Each batch is made with care, and orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday.

Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following week. If a shipping day falls on a holiday, orders will ship the next available business day.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and carrier delays.

Our elderberry syrup is shelf stable and safe for transit. Please refrigerate after opening.
