FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions 🌿

We know you might have a few questions before trying Elderberry Organics, and we’re here to help! If you don’t see your question answered below, feel free to contact us anytime.

🍇 What is elderberry syrup?

Elderberry syrup is a natural wellness remedy made from the berries of the elderberry plant. It’s rich in vitamins and antioxidants that support a healthy immune system, especially during cold and flu season. It’s one of our favorite ways to keep the whole family feeling their best, naturally!

🫶 How often should I take elderberry syrup?

For daily support, most adults take 1 tablespoon per day and children take 1 teaspoon per day. If you or your little ones are feeling run down, it’s safe to take the same serving up to 2–3 times per day. (As always, check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.)

🧒 Is it safe for kids?

Yes! Our syrup is made with organic, natural ingredients and is safe for children over the age of 1. Because our formula contains raw honey, we do not recommend it for babies under 12 months.

🧊 How should I store my elderberry syrup?

Keep your syrup refrigerated to maintain freshness and potency. Once opened, it will stay fresh for about two months in the fridge. (You can also freeze portions in an ice cube tray to extend the shelf life!)

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

We handcraft our syrup in small batches, and most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

💜 Can I find your products in stores?

Yes! Elderberry Organics is available at select retail locations in Florida. You can find a full list of our in-store partners on the "Retail Locations" section of our website.

🛒 Do you accept returns?

Because our products are food-based, we are unable to accept returns once they’ve been opened. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us, we’re always here to make it right.
